Trying to keep this as formal as possible, I’d want to start by telling my story.
I passed out of high-school with a certificate in Biology and Mathematics. Yes, biology and not computer science. I had taken up biology because of my keen interest in genetics, human anatomy and physiology. Towards the end of highschool I found myself researching regarding the various biomedical instruments and applications. Guess, that was the starting point. I typed the exact same words on Youtube ‘Tech applications in biology’ and jotted down several points that I wished to work upon. I was an adrenaline-filled lad too excited to explore, learn and build.
One month of passive researching was enough to convince me that technology is going to be the future and it was what I wanted to pursue.
I believe there is no ‘best technology’ and that everything I say/write is a result of my interests and work.
I have explored the very basics of cloud technology, blockchain technology and some AI. My route of exploration was(still is) very easy. I read documentations, browse experiments and applications, discover enthusiasts, go through their work and try to make something similar. I fail most times but I stay glad that I tried.
Let me keep this short, something you, a reader can take back and work on! If you ask me today, I’d say that my favourite technology is Artificial Intelligence. No, it is not my favourite because it sounds cool or is trendy or not even because it is a posh tech. It is mostly because of the fear of getting replaced by something you’ve built with your hands.
This is my mantra, this is my motto. This is what I want people to take back after reading:
Sky’s the limit. Your imagination is what stops you from building that thing you are afraid will replace you. Nothing is the best or nothing is the only way to do something. Explore and try new stuff, build something cool and useful; something profitable. Make the world a better place.
