Byju’s is the second-highest valued unicorn after the Paytm.

In June it raised an undisclosed amount from US-based BOND capital at a valuation of USD 10.5 billion.

Byju’s will make substantial investments in WhiteHat Jr’s technology platform. WhiteHat Jr will proceed to lead and scale this business in India and the US. The acquisition will allow Byju’s to launch codings that are loved by kids.
